Shipping & Return Policy

 

Shipping Lead Time:

We understand the excitement of receiving your order, but good things take time. Your order will be carefully processed and dispatched within 7-10 days (cue drumroll!). Rest assured, we'll work our magic to make sure it reaches your doorstep as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs:

The shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of your order value and the shipping address. Shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

14-Day Return Policy:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your order must be in damaged condition, have defects, or you have received the wrong product. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@examplestore.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been previously authorized.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for another, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the return process mentioned above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
